If Burnaby is boiler country, North Vancouver is its capital: hydronic heat runs through Lynn Valley, Upper Lonsdale and Deep Cove's older housing stock, and the North Shore's shaded, rain-heavy microclimate pushes heating loads above anything square footage predicts. We service, repair and modernize boilers and radiators — and replace the area's aging furnaces — with every job sized to slope, shading and the real load.
North Vancouver specifics we plan for
Kettling boilers, radiators cold at the top, pressure that creeps or drops — North Van's older hydronic systems announce their needs clearly, and each symptom maps to a specific fix. Modernization is the bigger opportunity: condensing boilers set up to actually condense at your radiators' temperatures routinely transform operating costs in these homes.
