North Vancouver's older homes bring two water-heater realities: original venting that new equipment often can't reuse, and hydronic houses where an indirect tank fed by the boiler frequently beats a standalone unit. We install tank, tankless and indirect systems across the North Shore, with venting verified — and quoted honestly — before work begins.
North Vancouver specifics we plan for
Hillside mechanical rooms and tight crawlspaces make access part of the plan here; a tank that came in through a doorway forty years ago sometimes can't leave the same way. We scope access, venting and gas capacity in the site visit so installation day holds no drama.
